The Challenge
Living with panic and self-criticism
This client had recently discharged from the ADF and was navigating multiple mental health conditions, including panic disorder and deeply rooted issues with self-image. She often experienced panic attacks multiple times a day and carried internalised self-criticism that made daily life overwhelming.
Initially seeking coaching support, she was drawn to Leah’s hypnotherapy offering — curious but uncertain whether it could truly help with their complex history.

What Changed
Safe space to heal deeply
Leah created a space of safety, care, and non-judgement. Through hypnotherapy, the client was able to gently access and shift the subconscious patterns driving both their panic and negative self-perception.
She found the process unexpectedly powerful. Leah’s guidance allowed them to stay present and calm, even while addressing difficult inner experiences — unlocking a profound shift in how she viewed themselves.

Where She’s At Now
Freedom from panic, a shift in self-image
Not only did the panic attacks stop, but a lifelong pattern of self-hate started to dissolve. The client began noticing themselves offering compliments rather than criticism — something she never thought possible.
